Review of the shipments of parts and cars supplies upon arrival to the plants in the area.
- We will review 100% piece by piece the contents of the shipment, or use statistical process sampling according to your needs.
- Identification and detection of out-of-specification material and damage control.
- Identify problems applying analysis and problem solving tools to eliminate root causes.
